Terms & Conditions

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Full payment is required prior to order confirmation. Payments are securely processed via Stripe (credit card) or PayPal.


Product Substitution

As flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, the final arrangement may vary slightly from images shown. In the event that specific blooms are unavailable, they will be substituted with flowers of similar style, colour, and equal or higher value, while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.


Order Changes & Cancellations

All arrangements are made-to-order.

  • Changes to confirmed orders must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, and are subject to availability.

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.


Returns, Refunds & Quality Issues

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.
However, if you receive:

  • damaged or wilted flowers, or

  • an incorrect item

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 9223 6425, along with clear photos of the issue. We will assess and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Delivery

Standard delivery charges are included in all listed prices.

A surcharge of SGD $20 applies to deliveries to restricted locations, including:

  1. Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road area

  2. Tuas area

  3. Jurong Island

  4. Sembawang Shipyard

  5. All army camps

  6. All PSA ports

Surcharges will be invoiced separately after order confirmation.


Unattended Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be left at the doorstep, reception, or with a third party deemed appropriate. Once delivery has been completed, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the flowers.
